Our house is new, it was completed in January 2004 so any problems were ‘ironed out’ a long time ago.
It comprises a large open plan kitchen/air conditioned lounge/diner with downstairs toilet. There is a balcony from the lounge overlooking the sea.All windows have mosquito nets fitted.
Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double with en-suite, and two twin rooms sharing a bathroom.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, local satellite TV, DVD and CD player. CD’s and DVD’s from the UK work on these.
The house will sleep six in three bedrooms and two more in the lounge on a large double sofa bed.
A patio with flower border is next to the main entrance. In 2005 a pergola was built over the doorway to give shade and a more private area.
Smoking and animals are not permitted in the house.
